Introduction:

The KODAK Professional RFS 2035 Plus Film Scanner combines high resolution and high speed in one easy-to-operate desktop scanner.

Once you’ve scanned the 35 mm image (color negative, color transparency, of black-and-white negative) you can view it as a color or monochrome image.

The Scanner works by flashing a filtered (red, green, blue) strobe through your image against a Charge Coupled Device (CCD). The Scanner provides 6 million pixels per scan – crisp images of 3072 Pixel wide by 2048

• Quick and easy loading of film:No position adjustment are required.
• User-selectable autofocus
• High quality analog-to-digital conversion with 12 bits per RGB color for the RFS 2035 Plus and 10 bits for RFS 2035
• User-selectable image sharpening.
• Ultra-fast image preview
• Support for a large variety of film types.
• A variety of scanning resolutions.
• A KODAK Driver plug-in for adobe photoshop (macintosh Computer only)
• A KODAK TWAIN Driver that provides access to the Scanner for the growing number of TWAIN compliant PC. applications (PC only).
• Supports for SCSI host adapters from future Domain as well as ASPI Windows host adapters such as those from Adapter, Inc, running EZ-SCSI (PC only.)If your computer has a video card that supports 24-bit color, the image is displayed in full color (16.8 million colors) on your monitor. If your video card supports only 8-bit color, the image is displayed in 256 dithered color. If you are using a black-and-white system, the image displays in black-and-white.
