NO CABLES, NO SOFTWARE ; It powers on and initialization test passed to the point that says “Insert Program Pack disk then Press “ENTER””, but no other testing is done. However, it can be returned within 30 days, if it does not work or not satisfied with the item. Buyer pays the return cost.
